Horny Goat Weed, also known as Epimedium, is a Chinese herb that has been shown to increase the sex drive. Peruvian Maca has aphrodisiac properties; Mucuna pruriens, or Velvet Bean, may lower blood sugar and has also been used to increase libido. Polypodium vulgare has been used as an herbal remedy for various conditions. 

Tribulus Terrestris has been clinically shown to increase testosterone levels and is popular in both male enhancement and body building formulas ; Ginkgo Biloba is often used to treat memory loss because it is believed to promote blood flow to the brain. Ginseng is another widely used extract that has been shown to increase stamina, endurance and circulation.

Epimedium, as mentioned, has been shown to effectively increase libido. This extract has been shown to have a synergistic effect when combined with the South American aphrodisiacs Muira Puama and Catuaba Bark, both used traditionally in their native land; neither of which are included in this product, unfortunately. 

Polypodium vulgare, a plant native to Canada, has been used to reduce swelling of the joints; carcinogenic compounds have been discovered in this plant, so consumption is not advised. 

Directions
